Like many of you, Monday nights at our house are reserved for Family Home Evening. When our children were growing up, my husband and I would gather them together for a couple of hours of fun, learning, and togetherness. More often than not, it turned into Family Home Chaos.

Sometimes we shared a brief story from the scriptures and discussed how to incorporate those important principles into our lives. The older children readily grasped the concepts, sparking a lively conversation.
However our three - year - old was a little too young to pay attention. We'd ask him what he learned from the story, and his answer was always, "Be nice," or "Jesus."
Incredibly, regardless of the question, his answer was always right. Those are the two best answers to almost any dilemma.
How do you "Be nice?" The answer is easy: "Be like Jesus!" It's so simple, even a three - year - old can understand it.
Maybe someday the world will understand it too.

I especially liked Elder Wirthlin's talk. Thank you for bringing it to my attention.
Isn't the answer always Jesus? Wisdom indeed
I cherish the ornament "Be Nice"!
